The Wirral Multi-Terrain league is a four race series held along the Wirral on Tuesday evenings in September.  The 7.5km – 10km races are run over varying terrain such as paths, sand, rock, mud and hills. Runners compete for both individual and team points.

A series of exciting races to challenge runners of all abilities to try out different running surfaces. Each race has an entry fee of just £1 for affiliated club members.

Please note this competition is open to First Claim members UK Athletics affiliated clubs.

Runners must run in their recognised club colours.
